Refund policy

At Unruled Co., operated by Stag Business Strategies LLC, every item is produced individually once your order is placed. Because each piece is printed on demand, all products are considered custom and made specifically for you.
We want to be upfront — we’re genuinely sorry that we can’t currently accept returns or exchanges like larger retail brands. We know that’s inconvenient, and we’re already planning to change it. In the near future, Unruled Co. will move from print-on-demand to in-warehouse production so we can personally handle returns, exchanges, and quality control right from our shop. Our process is different for now, but we stand firmly behind our quality and service.
1. All Sales Are Final
Since all products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Wrong size, color, or design ordered

Delivery delays caused by carriers or customs

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
Please double-check all details before completing checkout.
2. What We Will Cover
We’ll always make things right if the mistake is on us.
We will replace or remake any item that:

Arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective (Slight blur? That’s the style. We keep it raw, real, and vintage.)

Never arrives due to a verified carrier error or production issue
To file a claim:

Email unruledclothingco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (for misprints/damage) or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date (for lost packages).

Include your order number, clear photos, and a short description of the problem.

Once confirmed, we’ll replace the affected item at no cost to you.
3. Additional Conditions
Sizing Errors — Size charts are provided on each product page; please review carefully before ordering.
Lost or Stolen Packages — If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we cannot refund or replace it. If you believe it was stolen, file a local theft report and share a copy with us; a replacement may be considered at our discretion.
Wrong Address — Shipments returned due to an incorrect address can be resent once the correct address is provided; reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Unclaimed Packages — Unclaimed orders returned to us require payment of new shipping charges for reshipment.
4. EU & International Consumer Notice
In accordance with international commerce law:

Custom-made or personalized items are exempt from standard return rights once production has begun.

Items unsealed after delivery that cannot be resold for hygiene or customization reasons are not returnable.
5. Looking Ahead — Future In-Warehouse Operations
We recognize that limited returns aren’t ideal — and we agree. Unruled Co. is actively working to transition from print-on-demand to full in-warehouse production and fulfillment.
This future setup will let us inspect every item personally, ship directly from our facility, and offer traditional returns and exchanges with tight quality control.
