Unruled Co. operates this online store and website (the “Services”) to provide you with access to custom-made apparel and products created individually for each order. Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables secure transactions and order management.

We make every effort to represent our products accurately. However, due to variations in screens, lighting, and materials, colors and final print results may differ slightly from what appears online.
Because each Unruled Co. product is made to order, small variations in color or print placement are normal and part of the handmade production process.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice and may limit quantities offered to any person or region at our discretion.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase that we may accept or decline at our discretion.
Your order is confirmed once payment is received and processed.

Since all products are custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once production has begun.

If you receive a defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, please contact us within the timeframes described in our [Return & Refund Policy].

All purchases are for personal use and not for resale or export without prior written approval.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Shipping, handling, and applicable taxes are added at checkout.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Each order is made individually and typically requires 3–7 business days for production before shipment.
After production, delivery times depend on your location and the selected carrier.

Estimated delivery timeframes can be found in our [Shipping Policy]. These are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or factors outside our control.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Unruled Co. is powered by Shopify. While Shopify provides our platform, all purchases are made directly with Unruled Co.
