At Unruled Co., operated by Stag Business Strategies LLC, we do things a little differently.
Every order you place is made individually — printed and packaged just for you. We don’t stock mass inventory or pre-printed items sitting in a warehouse. Each piece is created when you order it, which means production and shipping times may vary slightly depending on demand.

We’re a growing brand, and we’re committed to clear communication every step of the way. We plan to improve this in the future, but every order today helps fund that next step for Unruled Co. — and we’re grateful for your support in helping us grow toward full independence.


1. Handling & Production Time

Each product goes through a full production process that includes printing, drying, quality checks, sorting, and packaging before shipping.
Average handling and production time is 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday).

Once your order has been produced, it’s handed off to our shipping partners for delivery.


2. Estimated Shipping Times

After your item leaves production, you can expect approximate delivery times as follows:

Other International 10–20 business days

⚠️ Note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Once the package is with the carrier, shipping speed and delivery depend on postal service performance and customs processing.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, total order weight, and delivery method.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, but unless otherwise stated, standard shipping rates apply.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order, as Unruled Co. has no control over these fees.


5. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor its progress.
If you don’t see your tracking email, check your spam or promotions folder before reaching out.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We understand that shipping issues can be frustrating. Here’s how we handle them:

  • If tracking shows your package as delivered, Unruled Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. If you suspect theft, please file a police report and share a copy with us — we may consider a replacement at our discretion.

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address was entered, or a package is unclaimed and returned to us, we’ll contact you to confirm details. Reshipment costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

These policies match our Return & Refund Policy, ensuring we can keep production affordable and service fair for everyone.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Send an email to unruledclothingco@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A short description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll replace or reprint the affected product at no cost to you.


8. Looking Ahead — In-House Fulfillment

We know print-on-demand limits flexibility — especially with returns and turnaround times. That’s why our long-term plan is to move production and fulfillment in-house.
Once we transition to our own warehouse operation, we’ll be able to:

  • Personally inspect each item before shipping

  • Offer faster processing and delivery

  • Accept returns and exchanges directly from our facility
